4 Steps to Find a Provider

The UnitedHealthcare Global network includes more than 1.6 million health care providers worldwide. Members can easily search and find global provides from their desktop or mobile device using myuhc.com or the UHC Global app.

If you have not already signed up for access to the member site, you will need to register at myuhc.com before you can search for a provider online or in the app.

Search online

Step 1

Log in to myuhc.com and click "View Global".

Step 2

Click "Find an International Provider"

Step 3

Enter information about your location and the type of care we can help you find.

Step 4

Review the search results to identify a provider who can meet your needs. Results will display:

  • Provider/facility name
  • Specialties
  • Facility type
  • Additional provider information (like address, phone number or website link)
  • Whether or not they speak English
  • If direct pay is available through the UnitedHealthcare Global network. 

Search on the app

Step 1

Select "Find Care" in the navication bar

Step 2

Select the country where you want to find a provider or enable location services to view providers near you.

Step 3

View the search results in two ways:

  • A list of providers including virtual visit options
  • A map showing provider locations

Both views allow you to see the name, type of facility, address and distance from location searched.

Step 4

View provider details like phone number, address, website and directions by tapping on the desired provider.
