When it comes to managing your health plan, myuhc.com® lets you see what’s covered, manage costs and so much more.
Use myuhc.com to:

Find your account:
- Go to myuhc.com > Register Now
- Bookmark the page
Once you have your ID card, you can complete the registration process by simply following the step-by-step instructions.

Get to know your plan
Member Resources is a tool designed to help you learn how to use and get the most out of your plan. Learn how to fill a prescriptions, submit a claim, access Virtual Visits and more.
Find a provider
Rewarding doctor-patient relationships don’t just happen overnight. They’re built on trust—a trust that may translate into better communication, emotional support, more accurate diagnoses and potentially lifesaving treatments. How, though, do you find that doctor?
- Visit the Find a Provider directory
- Select a directory: Medical Directory, Behavioral Health Directory or Dental Directory
- Select "Employer and Individual Plans"
- Select “Shopping Around”
- Select "Choice Plus" network
- Enter your location
- Search for a provider, service, or condition

Before scheduling any appointment, check to see if the provider is in your plan’s network. Most plans charge more if you see a provider outside the network — and some won’t cover out-of-network care at all — so it’s important to double-check. If you’re not sure if a provider is in your network, verify by calling the number on your ID card.
