There are a variety of UnitedHealthcare Global digital tools and portals for customers to access critical self-serve reporting on-demand giving you the transparency and information you need. Knowing where to go and what type of reports are available is important to getting the most out of your program.

Standard reporting through CART and Client Services Portal

For access to standard reports like claims transactions, reconciliation, pharmacy extracts, bank statements and care reports, Document Exchange in CART and the Client Services Portal  are the sources. 

  • Reconciliation reports: Banking and surcharge reports
  • Medical claims data extracts: Generate reports based on date ranges for all medical claim data
  • Pharmacy claims data extracts: Regular reports for specified date ranges showing all pharmacy claims data
  • Care reports: Understand the care your members are receiving
  • Access and run a variety of financial reports from Check Register and Percent Savings Report to Pharmacy
    Reconciliation reports

All reports can be downloaded or archived for later use at any time for historical reference. 

Customized reporting through Client Services Portal

For those who need more flexibility to customize reports and extract the data they need, there is robust reporting through InfoPort in the Client Services Portal. InfoPort pulls from a large database that is updated on a regular basis for each customer. 

  • Enrollment report to audit your eligibility
  • Claim detail report showing all claims that have been processed and paid for trend analysis
  • Claim summary and forecasting reports are available to view high-level trends across your membership population

All reports can be programmed to run on a set schedule or pulled on an ad-hoc basis. Easily download the report from the portal as well.
