Your employer, or an affiliated entity, may provide information about you to us to enable us to provide you and your employer services, such as travel, insurance and security related services.
We use Personal Information to provide you with services that you purchase or services that are purchased by your employer or affiliated entity. We take reasonable steps to ensure that information is reliable and relevant for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current. We will retain Personal Information as long as we need to perform services listed in this policy. We do not accept payments on this website.
We may send electronic newsletters, White Papers, notification of account status, and other communications, such as marketing communications, on a periodic basis to various individuals and organizations. We may also send email communications regarding topics such as general information about our services, website updates, travel and security alerts, and general travel, health and security topics. We offer you appropriate consent mechanisms for marketing and certain other communications. Note that we do not currently respond to web browser "Do Not Track" signals that provide a method to opt-out of the collection of information about online activities over time and across third party websites or online services because, among other reasons, there is no common definition of such signals and no industry-accepted standards for how such signals should be interpreted.
We collect IP addresses in log files to analyze trends, administer our websites, track a user's movements across and within our websites, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information that you provide on this website.
