Bryan Johnson

Bryan Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer for UnitedHealth International, a UnitedHealth Group company. In this role, he is responsible for all of UHI’s global financial, accounting, planning and controller functions.

 

Mr. Johnson began his career with UnitedHealth Group in 1996, and has held several positions of increasing responsibility since then.  His first position was responsible for consolidating the reporting of United’s large US based HMO businesses and for integrating the financial operations of a large HMO acquisition in the state of Arizona. Mr. Johnson joined UnitedHealth International in 2000 and has held various financial positions within the organization until his appointment as CFO in 2006.

 

Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Mr. Johnson was the Manager of Financial Reporting for Health System Minnesota, a clinic hospital organization in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.  Prior to that, he held several positions as an auditor in the public accounting profession.

 

Mr. Johnson holds a BA in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, and an MBA in Finance from St. Thomas University in Minneapolis.  He holds an inactive Certified Public Accountant license in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
