Bryan Carter

Bryan Carter is Associate General Counsel with UnitedHealthcare Group, and is responsible for all legal matters within UnitedHeath International.

 

Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group in 2007, Bryan held international positions in corporations such as Siemens and Moneygram International.  He has also worked in private law firms, serving assignments in Düsseldorf, Germany and Almaty, Kazakstan.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.  He has a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota, where he was an editor of the Journal of Global Trade.  He is fluent in English and German, and has familiarity with Russian and Spanish.
